I rented water purifier from Volcano Water Technology on **/**/**** and right after water purifier is not working properly. Also, they have installed old, defected water purifier whereas they promised to install a new water purifier. I paid the amount ₹****.** cash upfront to render the *-year lease. In spite of calling **-** times and sending text/WhatsApp message, there is no response. It’s torture and we are losing money as we have to order packaged drinking water bottle daily. The water purifier is not useable. It’s a really painful situation and needs help from expert to file a case in consumer court.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
