I have raised a request for termination of Volcano RO purifier rental contract a month ago on **th October, ****
They were going to send the technician on **th October itself but no one has come for the removal service till today *th Nov, ****
After so many unanswered call on the technician number : +** ***** *****
and texts of the POC number : +** ***** ***** i have no resolution of the request yet!!
The place where the RO was rented is vacated by me and a new tenant has moved in. We have a limited access to the place as per the availability of the new tenant and we have to manage our office hours to be there when the technician comes. We are not getting proper response from the team. I have requested many a times for a scheduled visit as i will have to take a leave from work and travel to the RO place which is * hour far from my new place.
Requesting you to take proper action.
