Volcano Water Technology - Never received a refund

Wanted to cancel the water purifier which was taken on rent, it’s been ** days they are not respond to my call and making fake promises.
The staff has been very rude and also threatening ( do want the refund or no ) when asked for senior manager.
Real bad service never ever faced this issue with any company
