Venkata Manogna Godithi filed complaint against Tata Cliq luxury on Apr 20, 2022
I have raised a return request for Tissot Watch as soon as I received the product and the return was picked up by March **rd by delivery partner arranged by Tata Cliq
Even after * month of pick up, my refund was not processed and after so long today they called and informed me that the quality check failed and an item is missing(Watch box), which is very absurd as I am sure I have packed everything and even your delivery partner has checked all the items before taking it. Please think practically, what would I do by just keeping the watch box which would cost me the whole refund amount?
This is very unprofessional at Tata Cliq end because it is they who have arranged for the delivery partner to collect the returned items. I am nowhere responsible for the missing items as it was inspected by their delivery partner before collecting them from my end. I have packed everything and returned everything I have received.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
