I Have purchased SHOES from TATA CLIQ vide invoice no. ********* on **th August ****. They were supplied waste to me old and used product. Snap shot of the received product is attached herewith for reference. I have raised a complaint regarding the same. On the reference of my complaint, they picked the product for replacement. But after that they didn’t provide me new one and cancelled my order without my permission. In the refund I have not received neu coins worth Rs. *** in my balance of wallet. Also they cut the benefits of Rs. *** nue coins which I will get through this order. In this way I have loss of total *** [***+***] due to fault of the Tata Cliq
