Airtel - Wastage of 1 month of time and still counting

I wanted to get a ESIM for my new phone. I went to airtel service center, Indiranagar, Bangalore. I was told that I need to register my email with my mobile number before they could proceed. I did what they asked but no action has happened. I went again to them after a week and still the same things. They said, it just cannot be done since my SIM belongs to another state.

I googled about and got to know the way of getting it done by calling the customer care number. I did the same and I was promised that I will be getting a call on my alternate number for verification. I did not receive any call for a week. I called again and again they gave a new date.

They are giving new date *th time in a row but I have not received any verification call till now. It has become very difficult to carry * mobiles all the time.
