Dear Sir,

Sub .: complaint on your service reg
Ref : Refer your invoice *** dated **th Oct **** for servicing my whirlpool *** deg * kg WM - Rs.**,***/-

we had a problem of drum broken in the above washing machine and hence called you for servicing.
Your person Mr.Vinod came on **th oct night and inspected the same . He was saying the the drum is broken and hence needs new drum replacement.

He has taken Rs.**,***/ and said rs. **** for the new drum replacement and Rs.****/- for two yr AMC service. Also informed us your new drum will be replaced within * working days.

We have waited and called after * days and he was not replying to our calls and started avoiding us.
We called your office in ph no.**********/********** regularly to understand what is going on.
Your office has replied they are waiting to receive the new drum from M/s.Whirlpool and will be delivered once it reaches. Even after * days they were saying the same story. After our hectic follow up with your office, they replied the drum has arrived and fixing and alignment is the problem.

On **th night your service person came with the drum ( it is a old drum and not a new drum) and started assembled . Upon testing the machine started giving a huge friction sound and SS* error.

They called your manager ( Mr.Madan) and he suggested to bring the entire mc back to your warehouse for the inspection and testing.

Even after repeated calls your office was not responding to our calls properly and giving wrong information about the machine condition and delivery. After ** days the machine was delivered on **th night and asked us to sign the copy. We have informed your person we will witness the machine function and will report back it to you.

**th when we operate the machine-- the same issue of sound was there and we informed your office immediately and called whirlpool service technician directly to inspect the machine.

On **th whirlpool company person came and saw the performance of the machine and told the durm is old one and replace it with from an old used machine. Also told us sri venkateswara serivce has changed removed drive assembly *** and drive hub from the machine and replaced with the old one and hence the issue of sound observed. During the transport or at assembly your service person also damaged the suspension rod.

To put in a nutshell, your person Mr.Vinod said the new drum will be replaced and that is not done and also removed the machine parts and assembled the old used part from other machine is obvious.

On the above basis , we charge you that you have cheated us by charging Rs.**,***/- (for which sofar you have not given the details of new parts assembled) . We do not want to continue with your AMC and already informed you to terminate the AMC and pay the balance amount of Rs.****.** immediately. You need to pay us back the charges we will incur in servicing the machine with whirlpool service . They have quoted Rs.****/- for new parts make the machine smooth.

Hence you need to pay the total sum of Rs.**** + **** =Rs.****.** back to us immediately.

In case if you are not responding to this complaint letter, we have no option other than to proceed legally .

Hope you will understand the agony we went through because of your poor service.
