Initially they bosted as saying they are LG authorised service center and looted **** for AMC contract. Later they dint bother to do any service. When called for service, they took the washing machine and dint give it for a week, not sure if they have replaced all the working parts to defective parts. after for consecutive issues, they dont turn up or very lethargic. recently when called for a service, they sold cleaning powder for **** rupees and said if cleaned it will be working good. But it dint happen issue still persists. When called again, they dint log the call and promised for a technician, no one turned for a week, then call up again the lady Priya said no call was raised before and took fresh service. When requested for Managers number she refused to give and said Manager Madhan will come only by **:**a.m. I had requested for a call back form the manager and waiting.
