I have a bosch washing machine and it was not working so i went online and found a helpline number and i contacted them and they send a technician to inspect and he told that u have a problem with drum gearbox and also drum balancing etc and it will cost ****/- to replace but if u do AMC for ****/- for * yrs then they will replace for free .I agreed and paid ****/- for amc but later next day i found out that they are nor authorised bosch service centre so i demanded refund of my amount to which they said that their rule is they will give refund only after ** days but till date ** days have gone by and till date they have not given back my amount and now they are not answering my calls also.I request u to help me in this matter and get my money back
