I have purchased ifb washing machine in **** and still December **** machine is malfunctioning i have sended more than ** emails and still problem is not resolved even i complained in nch they falsely claimed on nch that my machine is working and i calling manager of ifb mr Rishab he is not picking my call and customer care helpline are not giving clear answer
