IFB Washing Machine - Fraud service by Mr Rizwan IFB service center agent

We have purchased IFB washing machine * years back. It was not functioning properly since ** days. So we called up near by IFB service center and asked for service as it does come under warranty period. The service agent from IFB came and replaced the parts with low quality.machine stopped working after that. He received Rs.**** from us and didn't provide any receipt. He said he will send the receipt as soon as he go back to shop. If we call him he is making us to speak with the fake manager. The machine has stopped working , the agent is denying to return back money. The products which he used was in low quality may be *nd handed ones and agent is denying to come back and repair it. We are facing difficulty please help us to get service by him or our money should be returned.
