IFB Washing Machine - complaint not addressed more than 50 days

This is to bring to your notice, that even after extremely delayed deadlines there has been absolutely no support from your end. The only support IFB provides is picking up one call out of ** and consoling the customer to wait for ** hours repeatedly.
Being an IFB customer has been an ABSOLUTE disappointment!
As mentioned above about your team technicians and their careless, unresponsive attitude. Today we have got a call from the same guy "GAUTAM KASHYAP, PH. NO. **********" who did the AMC. Instead of being apologetic about the inconvenience caused, the guy had an extreme attitude and bluntly told us "HE FEELS STUCK, AS HE DID THE AMC FOR US".
Today local carrier guy was at our doorstep without any mail, msg or even a call from IFB and expected us to just hand over the washing machine to him. Gautam Kashyap when being called from another mobile no. (as he was not picking the call from the registered no.) and asked for the same he again had the audacity to mention that "IF YOU WANT TO HANDOVER THE MACHINE THEN DO, ELSE U CAN TAKE THE MONEY BACK". As per this technician, I am supposed to receive a mail for the refund requested.

IFB has proven t be not a customer-satisfying brand but, customer harassing brand. Being a consumer of your product I feel stuck taking such a product which has such poor customer service.
I ardently request IFB to please ensure I receive my money back now, no more assistance is needed. As in the name of assistance, your team politely manages to delay things and when it gets out of control they misbehave instead of being apologetic. Please expedite the process and get the money refunded.
