Hello Team,
I bought the Samsung *KG front load WM on Feb/****. Where since i bought the product i had multiple issues with the WM and few times Technician rectified those small issue, But from the last month we facing another issue with the error code *c and completely my WM stuck in the middle of Wash and not working latter.So start of Sept-**** i raised complaint Technician worked on issue *c and replaced Monther Board and Motor on **-Sept-****. Again on **th Sept **** ** had same issue with error code *c while after start of WM, inside has worth cloths of more than Rs.*****/- and the WM completely locked and door not opening to remove my cloths first. I called customer care and conveyed my issue and loss of items, now today its * days i raised complaint, no body visited my home and help to remove cloths, Today at *PM i called again to Service Center in Hyderabad number ***-******** and they said the ticket log was updated with comments "visited customer home and order parts". But no one visited home or called me to visit and help me to open door to remove cloths and SC mentioned they will come tomorrow. Its completely disgusting the support from Samsung and regret to buy such fake items trouble customers with the lot of issues. Today because of the Samsung WM I lost ***** rupees. Please someone help me on my loss and return the Samsung product
