My HP Notebook ( Serial No. : *CD****XHC, Product No. : *EW**PA) is still under warranty and my battery has stopped working. As per my warranty status, as shown in the HP warranty status, I am entitled to a battery replacement. HP has been only trying to somehow find ways to justify its position of denying coverage, instead of trying to help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
