I bout Laptop last Aug ****, the day itself laptop battery is draining, but HP people are considering it was old system and they are asking work around updates, after sometime someone called and they said ,they are thinking it was old laptop ( they didn't follow proper log system).As well sales team also miscommunicating while I bought laptop they didn't give proper information for Extended warranty which(laptop ID) was not dispalyed in HP portal.
This is overall negligence of SALES & srvice cheating to customer
