I purchased Laptop Last Aug ****, The Day Itself Laptop Battery Is Draining, But HP People Are Considering It Was Old System And They Are Asking Work Around Updates, After Sometime Someone Called And They Said ,They Are Thinking It Was Old Laptop ( They Didn't Follow Proper Log System).As Well Sales Team Also Miscommunicating While I Bought Laptop They Didn't Give Proper Information For Extended Warranty (Laptop ID) Was Not displayed In HP redeem Portal.
This Is Overall Negligence Of SALES & Service Cheating To Customer
