Wildcraft India Private Limited - Warranty Service delay by

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the repair of my Wildcraft trolley, which I purchased from Myntra on December **, ****. The trolley came with a *-year international warranty, which I have provided to the Wildcraft showroom along with the trolley. Unfortunately, one of the wheels of the trolley broke two months back, and I gave it to the Wildcraft showroom in Agartala Tripura for repair one month ago. However, to my dismay, the trolley has not been repaired yet, and I am doing continuous follow-ups with them, but to no avail. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and poor service provided by Wildcraft, despite having a *-year international warranty for the trolley. I expected better service from a brand like Wildcraft, and it is extremely frustrating to have to deal with such an issue for such a long time. I request you to take immediate action and have the trolley repaired as soon as possible or provide me with a replacement trolley. I have been inconvenienced for far too long, and I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
