This is with reference to above -mentioned order, I inform you that warranty of the watch is * year from the date of purchase. In which covers movement, straps and battery of the watch. But this watch is not working after two months and its straps also crackd.
When I visited the service center, New Golden Watch and Radio Company Address: Shop No. **, Gokul Gate Police Chowki, Nearby Vaishno Bhojnalaya, Rewari-******, Haryana They said this watch is a local product & denied warranty, Also told me to file a case on flipkart in Consumer Court.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
