Dear Consumer Court, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Dushyant Ladke, and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart Pay Later regarding undue harassment and financial loss caused by their collections team. Details of the Incident: Loan Foreclosure Issue: I had an ongoing loan with Flipkart Pay Later, which has been recently foreclosed. Despite the foreclosure of the loan, I continued to receive persistent collection calls from Flipkart Pay Later's collections team. Harassment and Distress: The continuous and relentless nature of these calls caused significant mental distress. These calls were frequent and disruptive, leading to an incident where, out of sheer frustration, my mobile phone slipped from my hand, resulting in screen damage. Financial Loss: The damage to my phone incurred repair costs, for which I am seeking compensation from Flipkart Pay Later. I have communicated this issue to them, but there has been no satisfactory resolution or acknowledgment of the compensation claim. Attached, you will find: A copy of the repair bill for my phone. Communication records with Flipkart Pay Later regarding the resolution of the loan foreclosure and the subsequent request for compensation. Given the circumstances, I am requesting the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this issue and facilitate a fair resolution. The persistent calls post-loan foreclosure represent a clear case of harassment, and the resulting financial loss due to phone damage warrants compensation. I kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that Flipkart Pay Later addresses my complaint promptly and fairly compensates me for the incurred repair costs.
