Flipcart online shop - Complaint against the delivery agent and Bijnor hub

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I have ordered a Nike Court Vision Lo NN sneaker from flipkart on **th April ****. The product was delivered to me on ** April by a delivery agent of ekart logistics. While delivering the product the deliver agent (named Akash Kashyap) was behaving very rudely. He was speaking very arrogantly which I did not like at all.

When I unboxed the package I found out that the product was of different brand, size and color. I recorded a video of the unboxing as a proof as well. So then I filed a return on flipkart. The return was accepted which I got to know through a sms from Flipkart. The package was supposed to be picked up on **th. The same agent came and on seeing the product he denied to pick it up saying that it was a product of different brand than what we have ordered. Then I asked him to contact his senior (named Nishu Verma) , he also said that they do not have received any email from flipkart accepting the return. So the return was rejected and soon we received a message from ekart stating that the return pick up was unsuccessful as the address was not found.

Then I filed another return on flipkart which was soon accepted and we were given a date for a pick up. This time the agent never actually came to my residence . When I tried calling him he never picked the call up. Then again we got a message from ekatr that the pick was unsuccessful as rhe product was damaged. At this point I was getting frustrated. I have already contacted with the customer care of flipkart stating my issue . They said they will resolve it and filed a return for a third time now.

Nothing changed this time as well. The agent didn't come to pick the package up and we got another sms about an unsuccessful return. I was pissed so I went to the ekart logistic Bijnor warehouse where all the orders are kept. I contacted the manager there (Nishu Verma). When I told him about my issue he said that he didn't have any email from flipkart for a return approval. This was not true as I had contacted the flipkart team thrice earlier and each time they files a return on the call itself. I do not know what to do at this point now.

Itis causing me a great deal of inconvenience now. I have already filed for the return once again (being the *th time) . I want strict action to be taken in order to get my work done. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible as it has been a while now since I am suffering from this headache. Contact me as soon as possible.
