TCL - Warranty Refund

I had purchased a TCL ** inch android tv and the tv had a brand warranty of * years

** months down the TC stopped working on **.**.** and I raised a complaint

COMPLAINT IN************ Dated **.**.****.

After this the technician visited and claimed the tv should be replaced

Further I was verbally promised a replacement in ** days as the model was outdated and not in stock.

Then on *th January I was called and told no replacement will be given if you accept we will refund rs *****/- I declined and told them either u replace or sort the problem out as per warranty terms. Further with many calls to the customer care again I was verbally promised a complete refund as the tv was not in manufacturing. I was told will be given in ** days

Then after ** days again I was told to send my bank details on mail for the refund.

Now another month down and now I am told we are arranging the part for replacement and will take another * months

All this is only verbal talk and they have not responded to a single email of mine over the last * months

I am totally disgusted with their attitude and behaviour.
