Dear sir,
With reference to the above, I would like to say that I purchased a Samsung Mobile (Model: C*Pro) on **.**.**** for Rs.**,***/-. The IMEI no. of mobile is **************. It was not working properly then I deposited the mobile at authorized Service Centre for repairing on **.**.****. I has been repaired by Service Centre, M/S Vinayak And Company, ***/***, W-*, Saket Nagar, Kanpur, Pin ******.
But after * days it persists different problem. Now they are demanding charges for repairing. It is already in warranty. After this, They have charged Rs.***/- for inspection of mobile on **.**.****.
Therefore, I am very disappointed from the service of Samsung. Because this mobile is under warranty and they are demanding charges for repairing.
As per Service centre, Device is liquid damage, therefore, it will not be repaired under warranty. But, would like to say that the service centre was cheating with me and they wrongly say that there is physical damage/impact. There is not any physical damage/impact by me.
Please make arrangement to re-inspection of mobile/repairing of mobile under warranty. If, there is found physical damage/impact in the mobile during inspection then this damage was caused by the service centre. In this condition, Please provide me footage from the time of deposit of my mobile to deliver of the one.
Please inquire the matter and make arrangement to to resolve the issue under warranty.
