I purchased a Redmi note * pro mobile through online on Flipkart in the month of October ****. It had a warranty of one year. Accidently my mobile fell down and at that time a small bend occurred and no other problems were seen and after two weeks suddenly the display of the mobile was damaged. When I had been to the company service centre to get repair the mobile the actual problem was not recognised and they also added that warranty will not be provided to the mobile as there is a bend in the mobile due to the fall. I was really shocked by this incident because the company was not ready to provide a warranty for their product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
