I had given my Redmi note * phone for repairs on ** Aug ** to authorized service center at Bhagat singing market... I have been victimised and mentally harassed since my phone has not been repaired to date and the mi customer support and the service center are both increasing the repair duration two days at a time.... They have even taken an advance of Rs ***... The emails that I have written to date have been replied without any resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
