Xiomi Redmi - Redmi Note 5 Pro Burnt

On **rd March **** I bought Redmi Note * Pro *gb Ram Variant from HI - Tech Mobiles Amritsar at Rs. **,***. After Some time I started noticing problems in this phone like overheating , this phone was faulty from the day I bought it . I have went to service center several times with issues like heating while charging , Rebooting while charging , unresponsive screen and misbehaving screen while charging , phone not charging and also got it's motherboard changed once and charging port twice from the service center . I faced alot of in convenience because of this phone ... On *th December **** , when I was sitting in my school classroom my pocket felt warm and when I took I took out my device it was leaving smoke .. I kept it on a table nearby where bags of two of my classmates were burnt and ran , the entire room was filled with toxic smoke this phone has caused threat to my life and ** other people . I went to their service center in Rani ka bagh Amritsar I deposited my phone there after two days when I called them they said that the company would only pay ** percent rest I will have to pay , I called there customer care and instead of appologising they said that they cannot do anything I will have to pay **percent I have also emailed them several times but they are not replying .
