I purchased a Damage Warranty for my Samsung S** Ultra phone. Despite multiple attempts, I was not able to activate because they kept finding flaws in the pictures I uploaded of the front and back of the phone. Now the Plan doesn't even show up on my membership history. They've taken the money and not provided any service to me for it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
