Titan Eye Plus - Warranty claim rejected

My self and my wife had purchased eyewear both in the Month of July ****. We purchased first time from Titan eye plus

My eyewear right eye frame got broken on **.**.**** , while falling from wash basin platform(Aprox. height *.** ft). As I was traveling to other state for function. I had to fix the frame with fevikwick as I was not able to read properly as an emergency measure. On return to home i lodge warranty claim with titan eye plus store.

However to the surprise, my eyewear have been returned saying the warranty claim is rejected stating that same is not falling under manufacturing defect. While purchasing it was assured that this frames are durable and nothing will happen for three-four years.

I again raised my objection against the decision on customer email cs@titaneyeplus.com. informed that my right eye frame got broken with a very light impact falling from very low height. Which is nothing but a bad quality of material/ manufacturing process. I purchased such a costly spects and and just got broken falling from two ft. height. It is impossible to break the frame in such scenario unless there is a quality issue. Within a few minutes, i was informed that your claim can not be considered. I again requested for escalation to the next level, However within few minutes i was informed that your claim cannot be considered under manufacturing defects.
