Cars24 - Payment not refund as per commitment

My vehicle has been handover to cars** on **th March. My Executive Mr Dev and Miss. Saloni from cars** ( Gurgaon). They both are committed me that ****/- will credited to you after **-** hr after vehicle handover.

Now its been ** day but amount not yet received and they are not receiving my single call from very next day of vehicle handover even they blocked me on whatsup.

Is this your service and is this your employee did wrong commitment to customer.

I want my amount ****/- as early as possible.

I have both the employee recording stating that they commited me that you give the vehicle to their driver and some payment of **** will be credited after **hr. I received rest amount of my vehicle but that ****/- not yet received

My concern is that they both employee blocked my number. After took my vehicle. How can they do this shit with customer.
