Nobroker - Wardrobe Damaged when shifting

Wardrobe got damaged when shifting my house items from Bangalore to Thanjavur.
Shifting Date : January *th ****
I have contacted Nobroker executives many times as well lead also. I didn't get any proper response from them.
Can you please take a action to close my issue as soon as possible.
