Nobroker - Refund issue

I have shifted my home through no broker , during the process few items have been damaged and missing.

Continuously following up for the refund which is not happening.

Details of the refund given below

*.Plastic Chair – Cracked and cannot be repaired, as plastic chairs cannot be repaired. Rs.***
*.Kid’s *-Wheeler Toy – Wheels came off, and the welding joint is broken. Rs.*** (for welding & wheel repair)
*.Plastic Container and Water Can – Damaged due to rat bites. (Rs.***)
*.Wooden Cot (Neem Wood) – Rs.**** (Labour & Material)
Main support (****x***x**) is cracked.
One sub-support (****x**x**) is also cracked.
These items are repairable.
*.Cotton Box (provided by NoBroker), Item No. ** as per the list – Missing during delivery. Rs. **** (Contains kitchen silver utilities)
*.Office Rotatable Chair, Item No. ** (bottom part only) – Missing during delivery. Rs. ****
