I have taken their Freedom Plan to contact property owners directly. However, the owner numbers provided are invalid.
I contacted their support team multiple times, but all the calls were handled by AI support and my issue was not resolved. I was only informed that the owner would contact me directly. If the owner is supposed to contact us anyway, then there is no purpose in asking customers to purchase the Freedom Plan for owner contact details.
I am very disappointed with the service provided after payment. Since I am unable to use the service for its intended purpose, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the Freedom Plan.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
