Extramarks - Want to cancel package

I got a call from Pranav Jha from Extramarks that we conducted the exam in your daughter's school where she studies in class *th, and she passed. So for that we are giving you scholarship for online education then after I gave time to meet Pranav Jha the councilor of Extramarks came to our home at that time and he informed us about the package of Extramarks but he also said that you don't like or if there is any problem you can cancel this package in ** days, then I felt good at that time and I paid full payment of **,*** rupees on **th January **** and we got the username on **th January ****. But now we had many defects and errors in this package and as my daughter and I did not like this portal so on **th January **** I emailed to Extramarks customer care and called to Extramarks Councilor Pranav Jha for cancellation process and got the information from Pranav Jha that cancellation has to be not done in ** days but in * days, while taking the package it said ** days for cancellation so your councilor Pranav Jha has cheated me and our package is not cancelled.

So please cancel my package as soon as possible and refund my money.

Note: -

my package is still active and in last three months my child spends total time of * hr ** min on extramarks portal and nobody can contact to why not learning on our portal and don’t ask to you have any technical problem this is fully unprofessional.
many technical errors.
not visited to my child to weekly visit
the course and books are different so how can my child learn?
so I want to cancel my package and refund my money. Please help me in this regard.
