The flight from Madras to Glasgow via Birmingham was delayed. Instead of booking to final destination Glasgow, the Air India staff had wrongly booked the ticket to Belfast. I had to book the ticket to Glasgow which needs to be refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
