I am writing to express my concern regarding the continued delay in the delivery of my order, ORDER******fEnXRS.
At the time of purchase, the promised delivery date was ** June ****. Subsequently, I was informed that the delivery had been rescheduled to ** June **** then again **th June ****. However, as of today, there has been no update on the shipment status, and the tracking information still indicates that the order has been in Lucknow since **rd June **** at **:** PM IST.
I have already contacted support team ** times via email and call. Unfortunately, the responses received have been limited to generic apologies for the inconvenience, without providing any meaningful information regarding the actual status of my order or the reason for the delay.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
