Travolook - Waiting for refund

I had booked my flight ticket from Travolook for DURGAPUR to BANGALORE on **th march **** which was cancelled due to some issues from the airline's side. Actually after booking the flight I got a message for flight ticket cancellation. I called the support group of Travolook and shared my issue. They said that this is a problem from the airline's side so we will refund your amount. I asked for a reference number. After sending them my complete details the support executive initiated my refund and said that I will receive my refund within * working days. Till now I am waiting for my refund amount as per their commitment from Travolook but did not get the refund in my account. From **th March travolook customer care exe. are continue telling within one or two days you will get, your amount has been initiated. These are chitting words na, Today also I called up then they are telling again more two days. So I fedup hear this word. My Travolook Ref. id. :- REF*********
