Tirth Patel filed complaint against Cleartrip on Oct 3, 2020
We booked the air ticket on Cleartrip on January **,****. Due to COVID ** we cancelled the ticket in April, which was refundable. They mentioned that refund will take ** days to process. We waited ** days but did not receive any payment. We contacted them after ** days. They said we will follow up with your query and let you know in ** hours. But no one contacted in ** hours. Then we contacted again after * week and the reply was same. Even today we contact the reply is same, that we will contact in ** hours but they never call back
In this tough time of COVID we are not having any stable income and it has become hard to come over financial crisis. They have already taken * months to refund and still counting. An amount of approximately * and half lakhs in huge and means a lot in this tough times.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
