Dear Sir/Madam,
This complaint is registered against Cleartrip regarding an incorrect hotel booking. I made a booking for 'The Vindhya Sarthak Resort' in Varanasi on **dec to **dec, with booking reference number ************
hotel owner said is located in Mirzapur, not Varanasi. I immediately informed Cleartrip about this, but no satisfactory refund or compensation has been provided yet. Therefore, I request you to take necessary action and ensure appropriate refund and compensation. Thank you.
