Flipkart - Vulnerable sexual and mental harsshment by flipkart agent

Flipkart delivery called me to alone place to collect the package.When i refused and said i will not come ,there was argument between us happen.Then another flipkart agent called me and told me , i was misbehaved his agent.when i told him, why should i will come to alone placed to collect the parcel as i am a female.Then he ordered me , not buy anything's from flipkart. When i asked is it your father'property, you will tell, i will do the same.Then he abused me with bad words, indirectly told to rape rape and all the sexually bad words by taking my mother's.When i told the call is recorded, then he started threating me.I need justification for same.He has Vulnerable , sexually and mentally.
