Netplus Broad Band - Voice service activation issue

Facing issue from last month still voice service with my broadband connection not provided calls many times at helpline but every time they are issuing wrong number to me and service could not actviate call drop many times from helpline not get back any call back after call drop very poor services not getting solution from anyone from the netplus staff executive local operator also told to call at helpline but no one ready to resolve the issue very poor service plz contact me to sort the issue
