Sir, on *th Aug, i visited Bopal-Ahmedabad Vodafone store to give the application to convert my mobile card from postpaid to prepaid and i paid my postpaid bill and that time he has given * option ***/- (* Months) & ***/- (* months) so i told that i need to continue this number for incoming only so if possible then give me any other option but that time lady executive Krishna has said we have only * option and also in all vodafone store you will get the same i paid ***/- as a FRC and same has been attached as a evidence , later when after * days i get the message that your card has been converted in to prepaid but with * balance so next day on **th i went to vodafone store and he has recharged and told me that you will get message within ** minutes but suddenly i get message regarding successful transaction for ***/- so i asked it should be ***/- as per paid amount on *th aug then why ***/- ? but he said you will get balance amount details on mail, on same day i get the complaint call from vodafone customer care regarding conversion of SIM and that time i came to know that **/- FRC is possible in my number but Bopal vodafone store has charged more money from me he has suggested to visit once again and also i inquire very next day on **th and also she said you want then you can call to customer care but we have only * option for FRC and when i called to customer care then vodafone store executive was not ready to talked with customer executive so that time customer care executive has taken name of that person from me , i have sent mail and communicated multiple time but didn't get any conclusion even i mentioned that i will go in consumer court, so finally today customer care executive told me that if any issue related to Vodafone store then we cant do anything you can compaint to consumer coart, i am sure i can provide enough evidence when and as require...and Hope i am complaining this time right place.
