Vodafone Idea now VI - Vodafone Probal

It is really funny to see how prabol nag idiot is closing all my complaints. I am still getting those sms everynight at *am, *am, *am, *am for ** times. He says that i will not get any such sms ever in future. But why i am still getting. Moreover this probal nag idiot has closed all my complaints without even contacting me one. This is how he has closed the complaint. I am goint to raise this issue further by sending legal notice to nodal officer for messing this. He is liable for legal action for his cheating. See the attachment. My complaint is on **********. But he says that ********** will not give any sms in future. Is he really mad? I am still getting those sms. I need proper explanation from him. He says that i wont' get those sm. But i am getting it really ** times. He is falsely cheating customers without even calling me. He didn't call me as has has replied. He is a liar.
