Vodafone Idea now VI - Refund

I have network issues on my jio number, so I want to port my jio number to Vi so I have done the all prosess and done my payment also that was held in **.**.****. in that same day I received a call from vi services center to confirm my sim order, i said yeah pls confirm my order . then appointment was confirmed but the delivery agent was not contacted me, I called the vi service centre, the lady give me the delivery person's contact number, I called so many times but he didn't pick up my call and then he cut my call also , at the same time he was speaking to some one else. I was in hurry that time I need to port or change my number but they are responding properly, so I lost my trust on VI services , furthermore I need my money back, and the contact person number is **********
