We are a corporate customer.
For a simple task like updation of Authorized Signatory, its not being done for past more than two weeks.
Not able to get E-SIM because of this silly thing.
Give us the Escalation Matrix of Vodafone Idea or the highest Authority where we can complain about this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
