Vodafone Appellate Officer - Vodafone is not Refunding the amount Since DecInteraction Number

In the month of Dec **** I wrongly did a NEFT to my old Vodafone account - which was registered as beneficiary in my banking app.

I mailed the Appellate team of Vodafone and shared all the details, which verified that yes they have received the payment. They accepted it and mailed me also called me that the amount shall be refunded.

The first promise came in the month of December **** by Karan Runwal stating that the ceque shall come in **-** working days. I said ok and waited till end of Jan. But nothing came. I folowed up and then the case was in Viveka Sonawane's hand and she mailed saying another ** days. Again it was said ok. But the cheque did not come Feb ****. I followed up again and now Mr. Nikhil / Mr. Deepak and Mr. Karan say that shall come by March **th.

Today is March **th **** and no cheque has come. When we follow up with them they are now asking for another * days.

Also, they say that it is coming through courier!!
May I which courier company takes ** days to ship a cheque !!!

I followed up and yet there was no cheque.
Again in Feb **** I mailed them and called them regarding the update. Now Mr. Karan disappeared and the case was given to Viveka Sonawane.
