Reddy Srinivasa Chakravarthy filed complaint against Vodafone Appellate Officer on Dec 29, 2020
I have recharged with nearly ***/- for ** days validity on my Vodafone prepaid number (**********). From the recharge date onwards I could not able to send any outgoing messages due to this I am facing lot of trouble like unable to transfer the amount from payment apps (as outgoing messages are not working). I have raised the complaint regarding this to Vodafone customer care as well as appellate authority and I have done all the possible ways whatever they told and they are simply telling that they are working on the issue will resolve it in *-* days and closing the complaint. But the complaint still exists and I could not send any outgoing message and they are repeating the same from the last * months onwards. So, I have requested them to pay them amount whatever the amount I have recharged including with the interest. But they are not responding. Hence I request Voxya team to look into this problem?
