The company has been sending me numerous legal notice emails about a bill due amount for an inactive number which I have closed in ****. They provide an online link to pay the due amount but the link never works and every other day I get a passive aggressive email from Vodafone Idea that I have to appear in the court.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
