It is really annoying to see vodafone faking replies. In my reply to my complaint number DOTEL/E/****/*****, they have mentioned that sms is triggered only when data is consumed. But it is totally false and they are simply lying and misleading the consumer affairs department. I have used date in the said time interval that is ** am to * am. If there is any such, ask them to provide proof that i have used during that time. They have clearly deceiving the consumer department by faking such replied. There is no such thing as mentioned in their reply. This is how they are making thing uglier and they are closing with false replies. You also closing my complaints by such false replies. If consumer department is closing the complaintes without going through the merits of the issue, then we will initiate complaint against consumer affairs department for colluding with vodafone. Because it is illegal to close complaints using cheap techniques.
I repeat best that data never consumed during that time. Moreover they have called me to confirm the same before closing the complaint. They are closing my complaint without contacting customers. So i am asking for the proof that data is consumed during that period. Till they best prove i will best complain. Thanks.
