Vodafone And Idea - Vodafone charge exorbitant wrong base tariffs
Abani filed complaint against Vodafone And Idea on Jun 1, 2021
On my registered mobile number when I recharged a main balance of *** rs, suddenly after few minutes I found my main balance remaining with ** rs without any notification. When I checked with consumer care they said I was charged for data. I said ok but what's the tariff?.. they said *p/** kB..but I was charged with *.** rs per mB.. they couldn't argue with me because I had evidence..so kept on dropping my calls.. Vodafone is using such corrupt and illegal methods to launder money from innocent consumers.. This issue has to be reported because their have been numerous such cases and the company is making millions illegally..also the company knows very well that nobody is going to register complaint..So it's my earnest request to kindly register my complaint and take necessary actions.
