I own a vivo X** mobile, a premium flagship phone from Vivo. Recently I encountered a problem with the display after one of the updates. When I visited service center they informed the display will be replaced free of cost within one week. But after one week they informed that they do not have information on when a spare display would be available. Also, I was given a alternative solution to exchange my premium phone for another phone Vivo V**. But that phone is of inferior quality compared to the one I am currently using and hence I declined their offer. I request you please look into this and provide a logical solution asap. Offering a phone of price less than **% of X** is as good as making fun of the customer. Hope I will get a response from you soon. Simultaneously I am also looking at legal options to move to the consumer court regarding this complaint.
