Respected Sir/Madam,
I, the undersigned, wish to lodge a complaint against the above-mentioned seller for selling a defective and demo unit of a Vivo V** mobile handset without properly informing me at the time of purchase.
On **nd February ****, I purchased a Vivo V** (*GB + ***GB) handset from Rukmini Mobile & Electronics. The seller verbally mentioned that it is a demo handset and agreed to sell it to me for ₹**,*** in cash, but the official bill was issued for ₹**,***, which is unethical and misleading.
Within a few days of usage, the phone started heating excessively. When I approached the seller for repair or replacement, they denied assistance and instead offered to take the phone back and give me a different phone for only ₹**,***, which is unacceptable and unfair.
Nowhere in the bill or any document is it mentioned that this was a demo unit. This amounts to concealment of facts, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice.

Therefore, I humbly request the Hon’ble Forum to:
*. Direct the seller to refund ₹**,*** (the full billed amount) to me.
*. Impose a penalty or take suitable action against the seller for misleading and unethical practices.
*. Award compensation of ₹**,*** for mental harassment and inconvenience.
*. Direct the concerned authority to verify the legality of the shop’s business practices.
